Low Carbon Fuel LCF

A sustainable future for waste delivered fuels

Co2

To address current and future legal, environmental, and social responsibilities and expectations, we are collaborating with RDF processors to reshape the future of waste-derived fuels.

Through innovative and a multidisciplinary approach, we aim to drive industry advancement by integrating state-of-the-art technology with a strong carbon credit framework. This partnership empowers RDF processors to convert Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) into a cleaner, high-value Low Carbon Fuel (LCF), championing green tech and circular economy ideals.

Our Unique Approach

Advanced Technology and Expertise

Img_Arrow_Circle_1

Our unique approach integrates advanced technology, developed in collaboration with leading innovators, alongside our carbon reduction and credit generation expertise. This partnership has enabled us to refine and enhance the technology, delivering substantial environmental and economic benefits.

Our Low Carbon Fuel (LCF) process effectively recovers high-value polymer materials from Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF). These materials are purified and treated through a Hot Wash process to meet Food-Grade standards, significantly reducing the need for virgin, petrochemical-derived polymers and achieving a 15-fold reduction in carbon footprint per tonne.

Our process generates Verified Carbon Credits, traceable from MSW collection at an MRF to recycling into Food-Grade polymers. Diverting polymers from incineration supports sustainability, adds carbon credit benefits, and ensures environmental compliance with financial returns.

THE STRATEGIC CHOICE TRANSFORMATION VS. INACTION

For RDF processors, the choice is clear. Staying withtraditional practices leaves companies vulnerableto regulatory, financial, and market pressures thatwill only intensify

Img_Edge2

We offer RDF processors a forward-looking solution, turning compliancerequirements and sustainability demands into a competitive advantage. In a worldwhere adaptation is vital, processors who act now position themselves to thrive, while those who delay risk becoming obsolete in a rapidly evolving market.

RDF processors who proactively adopt advanced solutions gain a substantialcompetitive edge in an industry facing rapid regulatory evolution, increasingenvironmental scrutiny, and rising operational costs. Processors benefit fromcutting-edge technology, specialised carbon credit generation, and enhancedmarket positioning through our joint venture.

Roles and Responsibilities

Our approach is rooted in a collaborative partnership, with clear roles and responsibilities to ensure each project phase maximises efficiency, transparency, and impact. Below is an outline of the critical responsibilities of each party:

Our team

We will manage the deployment of our advanced LCF technology, optimising the RDF-to-LCF conversion process within the partner’s facility.

We will establish and manage voluntary carbon credit creation and monitoring processes, ensuring full compliance with market standards and validating Verified Carbon Credits.

Our team will provide hands-on training and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration of new technology and processes within existing operations.

Leveraging our network and industry expertise, we will guide partners in reaching new, emissions-conscious buyers, particularly those in the ETS scheme.

RDF processor

Provide the processing facility and initial RDF feedstock necessary for implementing the LCF technology, ensuring alignment with agreedupon input quality standards.

Oversee the day-to-day management of the LCF production process, implementing best practices as guided by our team to achieve targeted efficiency and output levels.

Collaborate with our team on compliance requirements to maintain standards and optimise emissions management.

Coordinate with our team on sales and distribution efforts, focusing on delivering high-quality LCF to end buyers, including those prioritising emissions reduction through ETS compliance. This partnership framework ensures that RDF processors benefit from new technological advancements, ongoing support, and market opportunities while maintaining a shared commitment to sustainability, compliance, and profitability.
